Returns & Exchanges

At CosiG Studiowear, we want you to feel confident in your dancewear, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, undergarments and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the garments are free of makeup or deodorant marks.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized postage location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
